Obituary of Richard Lee Manley

Richard "Rick" Manley passed away peacefully on March 30th, 2023.

He is survived by his children John (Natalie) Manley, Jessica (Bill) Manley and Allison (Jim) Carni; 7 grandchildren, Anthony, Savannah, Braydon, Ireland, Jackson, Tula, and Layla.

In his early years, Rick was a fun and loving father. Teaching his children when it was appropriate and not appropriate to drink orange juice, how to drive rusty old cars, and he shared his passion for Xena Warrior Princess and Texas Ranger. Rick was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed cracking open a cold one for any occasion, such as living. He was known to many as Slick Rick or Ricky Raccoon and will be remembered for his comedic story telling.

Calling hours will be held at Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home, Syracuse on April 14th, 2023 from 2 to 4pm.
